The notice of convocation of the 40th ordinary general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be sent by mail on May 1, 2015. Because the proceedings such as the resolution of convocation of the meeting by the board of directors have been done, we disclose the document before the date of mailing in light of earliest possible information service.

• To change your registered address, please carry out the procedure via the securities company that you have dealings with. The address change procedure may take a week or so to be completed, so we recommend taking advantage of the post office’s “Forwarding Service for Residence Change” at the same time.
• If mail from Lawson fails to reach your registered address, please contact the Stock Transfer Agency Department of the Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, which is the manager of Lawson’s shareholder register.
