Just after the earthquake, 40% of our 911* stores of the Northeastern region and Ibaraki prefecture could not continue their operation. Collaborating with our vendors and factories which resumed their operation, we reopened more than 80% stores of the regions shown above by March 15. Most of the 57 stores which are currently closed are located in the area heavily affected by tsunami or within a 20 km radius from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.

We will continue to support rebuilding the affected regions and securing supplies to our stores.

*One of the 911 stores was scheduled to be closed by the end of March.
