There are articles in the media today that Lawson, Inc. will acquire SEIJO ISHII CO., LTD.
There is no fact of such decision having made at this point in time about the acquisition or the price, although we are considering the acquisition. Furthermore, there is no fact that we have considered the purchase of QUEEN'S ISETAN business.
If a decision is made that requires disclosure, we will immediately disclose such information in a timely and appropriate manner.
